No charge for U.K. deliveries.
Shipping costs outside the U.K. are shown separately.

Payment & Despatch
Your order will be sent at the very earliest moment after receipt of your order and full payment by the following Credit Cards (Mastercard/Maestro/Visa/Switch/Solo/JCB). U.K. Cheques or direct bank transfer will also be accepted made payable to VISONI Ltd. As a general rule items will be sent the same or next day. Please give us your contact email address so that we can advise you of despatch of your order.

All products shown are regularly available from stock. There is no waiting period other than the delivery time once an order has been processed.

Refund Policy

When you receive your order, you have seven days from the day you receive your order, in which you may decide to cancel your contract with us.

We will refund you in full including the cost of the delivery if any.  We ask you to advise us of your intentions as soon as possible, please email info@visoni.com or telephone +44 (0)1233 633991.

If you simply decide you do not like the product, then the cost of delivery will be bourne by you.   

Please inform us of any item found to be faulty. If you have any reason to be dissatisfied we will be happy to offer you an alternative or a refund of your money in full, upon return of the item in ten days.  We undertake to reimburse you the full for the cost of the delivery for the returned item to us.
