Payment & Despatch
Your order will be sent at the very earliest moment after receipt of your order and full payment by the following Credit Cards (Mastercard/Maestro/Visa/Switch/Solo/JCB).
U.K. Cheques or direct bank transfer will also be accepted made payable to VISONI Ltd.
As a general rule items will be sent the same or next day. Please give us your contact email address so that we can advise you of despatch of your order.
Conditions of Use
When you receive your order, please inform us of any item found to be faulty. If you have any reason to be dissatisfied we shall be happy to offer you an alternative or a refund of your money in full, upon return of the item in ten days.
There is no minimum order.
All orders must be accompanied by payment in full unless we have a special arrangement with you.
Foreign Currency is acceptable, rates of exchange pertaining on the day of the transaction plus any bank charges will be applied.
All goods remain the property of VISONI Ltd., until we have received payment in full.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refund Policy
When you receive your order, you have seven days from the day you receive your order, in which you may decide to cancel your contract with us.
We will refund you in full including the cost of the delivery if any. We ask you to advise us of your intentions as soon as possible, please email info@visoni.com or telephone +44 (0)1233 633991.
If you simply decide you do not like the product, then the cost of delivery will be bourne by you.
